Considered to be England's oldest established rocking horse maker in business today, the 'Classic' range of Haddon rocking horses has decades of proven history and is taken to be the 'original' of the Haddon family and still remains the firm foundation of our rocking horses.

The Classic range are very attractive but equally made to the used and enjoyed and can provide many hours of fun as well as becoming a good family friend and companion.

Whilst Haddon retain the time old tradition of real horse hair and real leather etc, the Classic range of Haddon rocking horses are equally contemporary. They are skilfully and lovingly fashioned incorporating ultra-modern composite materials so they are very strong, very tough and very durable... yet retain all of the grace and charm of their Victorian predecessors. 

Indeed, not only do they look amazing but Haddon rocking horses are also considered better suited to the challenges of today's modern living as the body of a Haddon rocking horse is not as vulnerable to changes in temperatures or humidity as some timber or cheaper kit based rocking horses can be. 

However, as they are normally made to order so  you have the choice of colours and styles.... we would always recommend discussing your requirements at the earliest opportunity particularly if there is a 'special occasion' or event in mind. Workshop lead times can vary throughout the year but typical delivery times are between 6 - 12 weeks (once started).
